God gave them over to a reprobate mind |

Rom.1.20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: |
Rom.1.23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. |

The Gentiles, which have not the law |

Rom.2.1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. |
Rom.2.18 And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law; |

All the world may become guilty before God |

Rom.3.19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. |

Before him whom he believed |
|||
Rom.4.17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. |

The end of those things is death |

Rom.6.21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. |

To will is present with me |
|||
Rom.7.18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. |

If God be for us, who can be against us? |

Rom.8.5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. |

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? |

Rom.8.32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? |
Rom.8.37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. |

Why hast thou made me thus? |

Rom.9.20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? |

Bring glad tidings of good things |

Rom.10.5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. |

Of him, and through him |

Rom.11.36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. |

Be of the same mind one toward another |

Rom.12.16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. |

Owe no man any thing |

Rom.13.6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. |

Eateth herbs |
|||
Rom.14.2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs. |
Rom.14.18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. |

Destroy not the work of God |
|||
Rom.14.20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. |
Rom.14.21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak. |

We through the scriptures might have hope |

Rom.15.4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. |
