Let him glory in the Lord

1Cor.1.19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
1Cor.1.31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard

1Cor.2.9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

The wisdom of this world

1Cor.3.19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

My beloved sons I warn you

1Cor.4.6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
1Cor.4.14 I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.

I have written unto you

1Cor.5.11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox

1Cor.9.9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?

1Cor.9.10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope.

Neither have I written these things

1Cor.9.15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void.

Neither be ye idolaters

1Cor.10.7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
1Cor.10.11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

With men of other tongues and other lips

1Cor.14.21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.
1Cor.14.37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

Adam was made a living soul

1Cor.15.45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

1Cor.15.54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

None other things

2Cor.1.13 For we write none other things unto you, than what ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;

Ye are our epistle

2Cor.2.9 For to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.

In fleshly tables of the heart

2Cor.3.3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshly tables of the heart.

2Cor.3.7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

The same spirit of faith

2Cor.4.13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

He that had gathered little had no lack.

2Cor.8.15 As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.

He hath given to the poor

2Cor.9.1 For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

The Lord hath given me to edification

2Cor.13.2 I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:

2Cor.13.10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction.

Gal.1.20 Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.

Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree

Gal.3.10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not

Gal.4.22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.

A letter I have written

Gal.6.11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

Rejoice in the Lord

Phil.3.1 Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.

Taught of God

1Thes.4.9 But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

The times and the seasons

1Thes.5.1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

To do thy will, O God
