Notes

James.1.3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
James.1.6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

James.2.1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
James.2.5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?

James.2.14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
James.2.17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
James.2.18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works.

James.2.20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
James.2.22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
James.2.24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
James.2.26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

James.5.15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

1Pet.1.5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1Pet.1.7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1Pet.1.9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

1Pet.1.21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

1Pet.4.19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

1Pet.5.9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
1Pet.5.12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I have written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.

2Pet.1.1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2Pet.1.5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

1John.1.9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1John.5.4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

3John.1.5 Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers;

Jude.1.3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
Jude.1.20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Rev.1.5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Rev.2.10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Rev.2.13 I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
Rev.2.19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.

Rev.3.14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;

Rev.13.10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

Rev.14.12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Rev.17.14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Rev.19.11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Rev.21.5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Rev.22.6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
